Dear all,
I’m glad to announce that the AAIC executive board finally decided that this year’s meeting will be on hybrid mode. This will permit all participants, both those able to travel to Italy (Bologna) to attend the in-person meeting, and those who will not be able to travel to follow the meeting and interact online. The AAIC executive board wants to thank all the participants of our online survey for expressing their opinion on this. The decision to present a hybrid meeting has been taken as the best compromise considering all the limitations still present due to the COVID pandemic but also the eagerness of our scientific community to have again its annual meeting. We are carefully planning the agenda to accommodate participants from multiple time zones, and will do our best to provide a platform where everyone can interact and present their research. We understand that many of our members would like to attend in-person but may not be able to commit early – therefore, we have set up a fee structure of one base registration fee that is the same for everyone, with a supplemental fee for in-person attendees that can be eventually paid at a later time, until the end of July 2021.
So, we are happy to announce that abstract submission is now open until 15 June 2021, please go to the dedicated page to submit your abstract.
Looking forward to seeing you in person in Bologna, or online from 5 to 8 September 2021 to the 32nd Annual AAIC meeting.
